Fantator Provides this privacy policy to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share with whilst using the Fantator website. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will inform you when any changes occur.
The Information We Collect
Whilst using the Fantator website you may decide to share with us some personal information such as your name, age, country. We plead with you to be careful about the personal information you share, and ensure you are comfortable with it being in the public domain.
We also collect information when you visit information such as your browser type, IP address. We also use session and persistent cookies in order to improve your experience as well as our service to you. For instance this allows us to provide personalized content and information.
How we use your information
The primary use of Fantator is to give regular minute by minute updates of sports events taking place around the world, this is usually done by regularly updating your status or in Fantator speak by "fantating". Your updates are public and can be viewed by other Fantator users and may in some cases be redistributed through the internet, unless in cases where you have chosen to hide your updates from people who you do not follow and the general public.
The information we collect from you will be made available to other users, this information includes the number of updates you have made, your location, and number of games you have fantated on. We do not display your email address, we hate spam and it will not feel right putting you in the line of spam.
Third Party Advertising
Fantator aims to provide you with relevant advertising, some of these advertisements are sometimes delivered directly to Fantator users by third party services. Fantator does not provide any personal information to these third party ad servers without your consent. It is advisable to contact the third party privacy policy in order to establish their practices.
The Fantator privacy policy covers only the use of cookies on the Fantator website and does not extend to the use of third party cookies or technologies used by its advertisers.
Children under the age of 13 and minors
Fantator is not to be used by children under the age of 13, and in cases where this rule has been breached we will take the necessary steps to remove their information and delete the account.
